Whole Slide Imaging,  Flourecent  microscopy FITC and DAPI channels. Magnifications 100x and 800x.

Data Format:
  Layers of individual images in Zeiss image format. 

Image Processing:
Whole slide stitching; layer alignment; combinational object detection and analysis (FITC + DAPI features) ; stage navigation for high magnification imaging.
